The Intake Office Coordinator supports the intake process for new and existing clients at the firm, providing a red-carpet experience and assisting with communication between clients and departments.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- 1-3 years' experience in customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ruthless attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
