Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs)
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with a strong track record in implementing large-scale solutions
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and end-users
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application.Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or Platform Developer II are highly preferred
