We are expanding our engineering team to tackle complex problems end-to-end and build a product changing how companies make decisions. Listen Labs is an AI-powered research platform that helps teams uncover insights from customer interviews in hours — not months.
Requirements
- Highly technical individual with a high bar for quality
- Experience with LLM (Large Language Model) capabilities and AI model development
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on a complex system with a greenfield stack
- Experience with programming languages and technical skills (compiler, language design, etc.)
