Job Description
This part-time program coordinator position requires assisting with volunteer recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, class setup, student registration, data management, and general administrative support. The role focuses on creating a positive and effective program experience for students and ensuring smooth classroom operations. Some evening or weekend hours may be required.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in education, nonprofit, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in program coordination, volunteer management, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and virtual learning platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
