Job Description
Lithic is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Program Services platform, creating operational tools for managing card programs, disputes, fraud, onboarding, and customer support.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience in fintech or financial services
- Operational tooling experience, with a proven track record of building products that operations teams use daily
- Technical fluency, with a strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integration
