Job Description
Lithic creates card issuing and payment infrastructure for technology companies. We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to lead our Issuing team, building and maintaining services for card issuance, tokenization, and KYB/KYC. The team primarily uses Python and is rapidly adopting Rust.
Requirements
- Experience shipping in production environment and leading projects
- Strong distributed system instincts and design skills
- Experience in or desire to learn Rust
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and step in as a strong individual contributor
