Job Description
Lithic is seeking a Solutions Consultant to design and deliver technical product solutions for technology companies. The role involves collaborating with customers and sales teams to demonstrate the value of their platform and become a trusted advisor. The consultant will analyze customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or similar customer-facing role
- 3–5 years of experience in FinTech, particularly in payments, card issuance, or financial services technologies
- Strong understanding of APIs and complex technical concepts
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong product sense and technical acumen
