Corporate Counsel

Litify is seeking a skilled and proactive Corporate Counsel with 1-5 years of relevant legal experience to support commercial operations and general corporate legal needs.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with a state bar association
• 1-5 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
• Experience in technology transactions and commercial contracting
• Proven ability to efficiently review, redline, and negotiate complex legal terms
• Familiarity with data security, privacy regulations, and contractual terms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
