Master Data Analyst

Littelfuse is seeking a Master Data Analyst to ensure accurate and reliable SAP master data, detect and correct errors, and support costing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with PCBA, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP.

Requirements

• 2-year degree required; 4-year degree in mathematics, accounting, finance, engineering, or a related analytical field preferred
• Experience and strong knowledge of PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly)
• Ability to read and understand technical and electronics terminology
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse skill levels
• Highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to gather, track, and validate information with exceptional accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions and macros) and Word
• Ability to learn and utilize SAP and become an expert in systems tied to the role
• Able and willing to justify conclusions with data-driven evidence and challenge inconsistencies
• Comfortable working independently as an individual contributor while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships
• Extreme attention to detail, especially when evaluating master data changes to avoid unintended consequences
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues involving multi-level BOMs and cost accounting
• Willing to perform detailed data entry and maintenance
