Job Description
The Behavior and Community Support Therapist provides clinical intervention and treatment services to clients and their families in their homes and community-based settings. The role involves facilitating mental and behavioral health habilitation and rehabilitation, supporting parents and caregivers, and working collaboratively with other team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related human service field
- 2 years' supervised clinical experience in a mental health setting
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training and certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
- Ability to transport children and travel to homes within a 40-mile radius
