SALES LEADER is seeking a part-time Sales Leader to provide exemplary selling and customer service in a retail setting. The role involves product recommendations, customer solutions, inventory management, store duties, and daily tasks. The Sales Leader serves as a role model and helps build relationships with customers and the company. This is a customer-focused position requiring proactive leadership in both sales and store operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year of prior retail experience, sales, or customer service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to open and close the store a minimum of three (3) times per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
