Payroll - Tax Specialist

Little Sprouts is seeking a Part-Time Payroll Tax Specialist to join their payroll team. The role involves overseeing payroll tax compliance, managing tax processes, and providing support to payroll team members. This is a 4-day-a-week position with some remote flexibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years experience in multi-state payroll tax administration or payroll processing
• Understanding of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
• Proficiency with payroll systems (Paylocity preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred
