Footwear Developer / Schuhtechniker (m/w/d)

As a Footwear Developer / Shoe Technician, you will collaborate with the design team to develop new shoe models, evaluate technical risks, and communicate with international suppliers. You will also conduct inspections and quality testing, and be involved in the development of quality and development standards.

Requirements

• Completed education or study in shoe technology, product development, clothing technology, or comparable
• 3–5 years of work experience in shoe development, technology, or quality management
• Good technical understanding of shoe construction, upper parts, materials, and production processes
• Experience in working with international suppliers and production sites
