Job Description
The HR Assistant will perform HR-related duties on a professional level, including employee relations, training, performance management, policy implementation, payroll, benefits, recruitment/employment, and records administration. The role will assist the Director, Human Resources and utilize the HRIS on a daily basis.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Minimum 2–4 years in an HR role
- Minimum of 2 years experience with HRIS software
