Job Description
LiveFlow is seeking a brilliant Financial Controller to own and elevate accounting operations across both US and UK entities. This role involves establishing accounting standards, designing scalable processes, overseeing multi-entity consolidations, and contributing to the company's finance and accounting product. The Controller will also have the opportunity to shape the product and drive strategy with product team collaboration.
Requirements
- Qualified accountant (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience managing multi-entity accounting, consolidations, and cross-border compliance (US + UK)
- Proven ability to take ownership and make judgment calls
- Track record of exceeding expectations
- Ability to close books in a lean team environment
- Comfortable with learning fast
