Senior Motion Designer

We are hiring a Senior Motion Designer to define the motion language for our accounting and finance platform. The role involves designing UI animations, micro-interactions, and transitions, as well as creating motion assets for product launches and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional motion design experience
• Strong portfolio showing both product/UI motion and brand/marketing work
• Experience creating motion for interfaces and storytelling-driven campaigns
• Strong storytelling instincts and a sharp eye for visual consistency
• Deep understanding of animation principles and how they translate to digital products
• Comfortable collaborating with engineers and understanding technical constraints
• Self-directed, organized, and confident owning motion as a discipline
