We are a rapidly expanding camper van lifestyle brand seeking an Industrial Product Designer to transform conceptual ideas into functional products. The role involves executing brand aesthetic, creating detailed product specifications, managing development timelines, and coordinating with factories. This is a contract position offering growth potential within the company and the opportunity to lead product development.

Requirements

• Skill/Experience: Textile and soft goods product development
• Supplier communication (especially with Chinese factories)
• Data sheet creation and management
• Packaging and box design
• OEM development and sampling cycles
• Attention to detail in product specs
• Efficiency and time management
• Traits: Fast and organized, visually aware, communicates clearly, brand-sensitive, growth-minded
