Engineering Team Lead

Requirements

• Experience coordinating or supervising technical teams
• Ability to run team meetings, 1:1s, and act as a communication bridge between engineers and leadership
• Solid experience with Ruby on Rails (ideally 4+ years)
• Experience with Active Record and RSpec
• Experience working on production applications in AWS or Heroku
• Strong understanding of relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL)
• Experience writing tests / TDD or strong commitment to testing culture
• Ability to perform code reviews and enforce engineering best practices
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to identify team strengths, support individual development, and maintain a healthy team culture
• Polish and English at B2+ level
