We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team in Bristol. As a DevOps Engineer, you will design, build and maintain a reliable, scalable, secure and resilient platform, and coach other engineers on DevOps culture and practices.
Requirements
- Experience in DevOps, cloud engineering (GCP preferred), or software development roles, with a strong background in automation and CI/CD.
- Expertise in key DevOps tools and technologies such as Jenkins, Git, Spinnaker, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and Harness.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP) and cloud-native application architectures.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) and automated provisioning tools.
- Proven ability to implement CI/CD pipelines and improve software deployment processes for faster and more reliable releases.
- Solid understanding of monitoring and logging tools (e.g. Dynatrace) to ensure system health and operational efficiency.
- Experience working in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with development, QA, and operations teams.
- Familiarity with security practices in DevOps (DevSecOps) and automation of security policies in the software development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across a variety of systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in DevOps, Cloud, or related fields (e.g., Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer).
