Job Description
LMI is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee facilities projects within a DHS portfolio, supporting large capital construction projects for government clients. This role involves planning, requirements development, scope management, risk/budget, coordination, and communication with stakeholders. The company focuses on delivering practical solutions and accelerating government impact through technology and innovation.
Requirements
- Oversee all phases of facilities projects
- Lead planning efforts and update PRDs
- Develop and manage project scope, schedule, and budget
- Coordinate contracts and perform reviews
- Manage construction costs and create budget proposals
- Perform inspections and prepare reports
- Travel to project sites for progress reviews
- Input data into DHS systems (SAP, TRIRIGA, WMS, FITT)
