Technical Program Manager - Clearance Required

The Technical Program Manager will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of a modernization effort for a key US Army client, ensuring the implementation of best-of-breed technologies while mitigating risks and overseeing the work of a deeply technical team.

Requirements

• Serve as the primary technical lead coordinating development efforts to ensure alignment with Army requirements and capabilities
• Combine broad technical expertise with non-technical relationship and consensus building skills to help understand and align clients to technical solutions
• Ensure the implementation of best-of-breed technologies while mitigating risks and overseeing the work of a diverse technical team
• Collaborate with Army stakeholders to ensure the successful integration of the existing and upcoming technical solutions into the Army's existing IT infrastructure
• Provide technical guidance and support to Army personnel and contractors
• Stay abreast of emerging cloud technologies and Army/DoD standards
• Ensure compliance with Army cybersecurity standards and best practices
• Collaborate to optimize cost-efficiency and prevent cost overruns
• Provide regular status reports to senior Army leaders and LMI management
• Manage project deliverables, financials, and team performance
