Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Savannah, GA. The ideal candidate will have a reliable vehicle, liability insurance, and a valid driver's license. They will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition and appearance of the property, performing minor and routine maintenance/repair, and promoting good public relations with residents and co-workers.
