This role involves diagnosing and repairing issues, preventing maintenance, and overseeing vendor relationships. Requirements
- Responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the property.
- Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repair.
- Promote good public relations with residents and staff.

- Inspect exterior and perform upkeep.
- Manage preventative maintenance according to guidelines.
- Order parts and maintain inventory.
- Perform emergency maintenance (after hours).
- Perform work area cleanup weekly.
