Job Description
Monitor, set-up, and operate CNC turning machines to cut steel for the round tool cutting industry, with responsibilities including programming and setting up machines without assistance.
Requirements
- Download programs and perform set-ups per print on existing tools
- Write machine programs for new tools using Fanuc control
- Keep multiple machines running during work shift unassisted
- Perform basic machine troubleshooting and preventative maintenance and machine cleaning
- Achieve standard daily production rates
