Job Description
The Builder Loan Consultant will cultivate loan referrals through the builder, evaluating and documenting customer applications for real estate loans. They will manage loan pipelines, meet with borrowers to determine the appropriate loan program, collect documentation, prepare loan submissions, and negotiate loan terms and conditions. The role requires a strong sales focus and communication skills.
Requirements
- NMLS loan originator license required
- 1-3 years of Loan Origination experience required
- Experience originating purchase loans required
- Builder experience strongly preferred
- High school diploma or general education degree required
