Content Creator/ Social Media Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for someone who eats the algorithm for breakfast. Whose 'For You' page is a strategic weapon. Someone who doesn't follow trends, but makes them suitable for our customers - or even sets them.

Requirements

• Manage the social media channels of our customers, create content, and bring it into executable formats.
• Create and maintain the editorial plan, take over the coordination of the content process with the internal teams (Design, Text, Video) and work closely with them to implement your concepts.
• Develop creative lead ideas and innovative campaign concepts for social media that engage target groups and emotionally and purposefully transport brand messages.
• Present your concepts and campaign ideas convincingly to customers and internal teams and are responsible for the publication of the final content on the platforms.
• Plan new content formats like Stories, Videos, or interactive elements and bring in fresh ideas.
• Create scripts for video and audio content like commercials, podcasts, or social media clips.
• Analyze the performance of your campaigns and derive learnings and optimization suggestions from them.
