Job Description
Local Infusion is a healthcare company that delivers specialty infusion medications to patients with chronic autoimmune disease. We're looking for an Intake Coordinator to handle referral and intake coordination, customer service, and insurance pre-authorizations.
Requirements
- Passion for Patient Care, and Delivering Exceptional Patient Experiences
- Health Care Experience Required
- Prior Experience in Infusion is Preferred
- Insurance Prior Authorization Experience
- Medical Terminology Experience
- Overall Medical Insurance Experience
- Ability to quickly grasp new apps
- Experience and strong familiarity utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
