Local Infusion is seeking an Insurance & Intake Coordinator to drive patient experience, streamline the referral process, and ensure high-quality care for patients with chronic autoimmune disease through infusion therapy. Requirements
- Handle all aspects of the infusion referral process
- Obtain authorizations, financial counseling, benefit investigation
- Communicate referral process and status to patients
- Assist in maintaining medical inventory and office supplies
