Job Description
LocalStack is a fast-growing Series A startup revolutionizing cloud development with a high-fidelity emulator and a local cloud sandbox. They have closed a $25 million round led by Notable Capital, CRV, and Heavybit, serving a diverse customer base ranging from large companies to Fortune 500s. They are looking for a Security Lead to oversee the security of their product and infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5+ years in security engineering or security compliance.
- Experience leading vendor risk assessments and building compliance frameworks.
- Strong background in API design, build, and DevSecOps.
- Strong background in incident response and security leadership.
- Knowledge of threat modelling, vulnerability management, and tools like intrusion detection and Linux/Unix OS hardening.
- Good knowledge of US and EU security and compliance expectations.
