Lochner is seeking an Engineering Transportation Project Manager to manage Project Development & Environment (PD&E) projects for FDOT, develop and implement Public Involvement Plans, and lead business development and marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
- 6+ years of project management experience on transportation projects
- Professional Engineer license in Florida
- Business development and marketing experience in Florida
- Familiarity with the FDOT PD&E Manual, Public Involvement Handbook, Design Manual, and Standard Plans
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel
