Resident Engineer

Lochner is seeking a Resident Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, and 10+ years of construction engineering and inspection experience on highway, bridge, and transit infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Plans, reviews, and assigns work of construction field office personnel
• Reviews project activities with client and contractor's field supervision to resolve disputes and other project issues
• Develops quality plans and performs quality management
• Leads construction meetings with clients and contractors
• Mentor staff on CEI responsibilities and tasks
