Engineering Project Mgr Staff

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Engineering Project Manager (EPM) for the Integrated Common Processor (ICP) program. The EPM will be responsible for directing the Lockheed Martin team and multiple subcontractors/partners on all aspects of the project, including development, integration, test, and certification of the hardware/software baselines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related STEM discipline, typically with 5+ years of directly related experience.
• Experience communicating with multi-disciplined engineering teams.
• Systems Engineering/Architecture/Development/Integration knowledge.
• Surveillance, Surface Ship and/or Submarine Program familiarity.
• Earned Value Management experience.
• Demonstrated experience Leading Teams.
• Full-Spectrum Leadership ability.
• Active Secret Clearance is required prior to start.
