Job Description
You will be the Industrial Engineer Sr (Level 3) for the Industrial Engineering team, developing production operation estimates, tracking cost and schedule performance, and leading process-improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Generate accurate production operation estimates and capacity assessments.
- Track and analyze cost, schedule, and performance trends.
- Develop and maintain cost models to support decision-making.
- Identify and execute cost-reduction and process-improvement projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools: Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Experience creating labor estimates and learning curve application.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations to leadership.
- Experience using SAP ERP system.
- Experience with FAR proposals and creation of BOEs (Basis of Estimate).
- CAM (Control Account Manager) certified.
- Experience or education in manufacturing.
- Experience in data analytics and/or creating tableau dashboards.
