Manufacturing Supervisor

Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team in Courtland, AL. The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of manufacturing professionals to achieve schedule execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing and/or production
• Experience informally or formally leading a team
• Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance
• Manufacturing experiences in areas of component manufacturing, disassembly, assembly, and materials management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with performance metrics and benchmarking
• Knowledge of lean principles and methodologies
• Kaizen, Kanban, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) experience, Green Belt Certified
