Project Engineer Staff

This role will support the Advanced Development Programs (ADP) - Dynamic Targeting & Surveillance team as a Project Engineer. The position is a fast-paced role that will report up through Combat Systems with responsibilities to ensure integration of Cost and Schedule for mission system software teams, generate and maintain technical roadmaps, and process/metric generation.

Requirements

• Maintaining the technical, cost and schedule aspects of all applicable contracts of the team
• Assisting project managers and leadership with monitoring and evaluating project progress and problem solving
• Reviewing the status of projects and budgets, support and cost inquiries, variance documentation, critical path and forecast misses, annual comprehensive estimate at completion (CEAC) efforts, and new business proposals
• Collaborating with all levels of personnel within the Team, other functional departments, programs, and government personnel
• Providing earned value performance and EAC assessments, risks and opportunities and implementing approved risk handling plans
• Participating in all required reviews and audits with the customer, government, DCMA, etc.
• Collecting information and generating technical roadmaps to reflect program performance
• Performing other supporting duties as assigned by team leadership
