Job Description
Senior Quality Engineer responsible for developing and running CMM programs, performing inspections, and verifying dimensions, tolerances, and feature profiles. Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical discipline (e.g., math, physics, chemistry) or equivalent work experience
- Proven ability to develop and run CMM programs and perform CMM inspections on machined parts
- Proficiency with calibrated inspection tools to verify dimensions, tolerances, and feature profiles
- Strong ability to read and interpret 2D drawings, and/or 3D CAD models, schematics, specifications, and work instructions
- Advanced understanding of engineering drawings and specifications per ASME Y14.5 (GD&T)
- Basic knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
- U.S. citizenship required and ability to obtain a Security Clearance
