Quality Engineer Sr

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Quality Engineer Sr to support multiple products at our Moorestown Facility. The successful candidate will play a key role in executing initiatives associated with the Quality organization and will be responsible for various quality-related tasks, including process control, evaluations, and audits.

Requirements

• Highly motivated and self-driven individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel as required
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes
• Proven experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ability to lead project activities to improve product and process performance
• Familiarity with Six Sigma industry standard practices, including Statistical Process Control (SPC), Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action (RCCA), and Measurement System Analysis
