RF Engineer Senior Staff

We are seeking an advanced career RF Engineer to join our team in Littleton, CO. As an RF Engineer, you will architect, design, and develop RF systems and circuitry, including receivers, transmitters, antennas, and frequency synthesizers. You will perform hardware layout, component evaluation, prototype construction, and test, while supporting manufacturing during assembly and verification. You will also develop RF system and subsystem architectures, perform link analysis, and track technical performance metrics to ensure design integrity and mission success.

Requirements

• Architect, design, and develop RF systems, subsystems, and circuitry
• Perform RF modeling, simulation, and trade studies to validate designs
• Develop and test RF hardware, including prototypes and final assemblies
• Prepare test methods, specifications, and performance analysis reports
• Support manufacturing, integration, and test of RF components and payloads
• Develop system/subsystem architectures, functional allocations, and performance requirements
• Track and report RF technical performance metrics (TPMs)
• Review team member's designs and mentor others
