The Systems Engineer will bridge stakeholder needs with technical execution, driving Agile Methodologies and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices, and ensuring that every design is verifiable and mission-ready.

Requirements

• Provide systems engineering support across multiple projects, ensuring solutions meet stakeholder needs and project objectives.
• Support Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) efforts on multiple projects.
• Generate, analyze, and manage customer and stakeholder requirements to inform system design and development.
• Create procedures for system verification to ensure designs meet operational needs.
• Participate actively in an agile development environment.
