Senior Industrial Engineer

Locus Robotics is a global leader in warehouse automation seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer with experience in continuous process improvement/optimization practices in distribution, warehouses, eCommerce, 3PL type environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in distribution or logistics operations, preferably e-commerce/fulfillment and 3PL
• 5+ years of data analytics experience
• Prior experience with automation and solution design (AMR, Robotics, Conveyors)
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint
• Prior experience with AutoCAD for fulfillment centers/warehouses
• Proficient in developing process flows, fishbone diagrams, and conducting why-why analysis
• Attention to details and analytical thinking
• Demonstrated ability to work in fast paced environments- multiple projects concurrently and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
