Job Description
Logicalis is seeking a Technical Services Intern to support Presales and Delivery Services teams by enhancing documentation quality, streamlining internal processes, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Maintain version-controlled documentation for opportunity tracking and Salesforce-linked projects.
- Organize and archive project documentation in SharePoint or designated folders.
- Attend internal meetings to capture process updates and decisions.
- Maintain good hygiene of documentation library and records of all engagement using SharePoint, Teams, and Loop.
- Work with project managers, engineers, and presales to validate documentation accuracy.
- Design and maintain SharePoint websites for Technical Services (internal & external audience) for easy reference.
- Assist in preparing decks and templates for kick-off and technical presentation sessions.
