Job Description
Sales Manager - Power & Water position at a well-established engineering solutions provider operating in the power generation, water treatment, desalination, and utilities sectors, with significant strategic responsibility for driving revenue growth and strengthening market presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline)
- Minimum 10 years' experience in technical sales within power or water sectors
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and securing major projects
- Strong experience in tendering, bid management, and contract negotiation
- Demonstrated success managing strategic accounts and key stakeholders
- Sound understanding of power generation, desalination, and utilities markets
- Experience working with international suppliers and technical partners
- Strong commercial acumen with analytical and forecasting capabilities
- Excellent presentation, communication, and team leadership skills
- Ability to operate effectively within a regional, multicultural environment
