Employment Attorney - Irvine, CA - Remote, CA

We are seeking an Employment Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience as an Attorney with relevant work experience and be a member of the State Bar of California in good standing. Responsibilities include representing clients in federal and state courts, providing strategic legal counsel to employers, and managing and mentoring associates and senior counsel.

Requirements

• 10 years' experience as an Attorney with relevant work experience
• Member, State Bar of California in good standing
• Juris and Bachelor degrees
• Experience with school district defense (highly preferred)
• Experience with class/PAGE inclusive (highly preferred)
• Experience with trial (highly preferred)
• Experience with public entity defense (highly preferred)
