Job Description
The Cath Lab Technologist performs diagnostic, therapeutic, and interventional invasive cardiovascular and angiographic procedures in adult and geriatric patients. They operate equipment, assist patients, and ensure quality control and patient safety. The role requires a team player who can anticipate potential safety concerns and provide direct patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology
- Minimum six months experience in Radiology or Interventional Radiology
- Active California Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license
- California Fluoroscopy license
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (within 6 months)
