Job Description
The Clinical Nurse B-Inpatient, NICU, AM shift, provides direct/indirect patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. This role utilizes independent judgment, incorporates a skills mix environment, and emphasizes professionalism, customer service, and patient safety. The role involves coordinating patient care, documentation, and collaborating with licensed and unlicensed staff. Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree/Diploma
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Other certifications as listed in the department-specific Plan for Providing Care
