The Clinical Nurse C-Inpatient is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong clinical skills, independent judgment, and a focus on both the physical, psychosocial, and spiritual well-being of patients. The Nurse utilizes professional practice models (Duffy's Quality Caring Theory) and operates within a skills mix environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree/Diploma in Nursing (required if new to position)
• Minimum of two years' experience in a clinical nursing role
• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association required
