Patient Navigator-RN Cancer

The Patient Navigator-Registered Nurse (RN)-Cancer is a skilled oncology nurse who cares for patients with suspected or confirmed malignancies or hematologic disorders in the outpatient Cancer Center.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing required (in progress acceptable)
• Minimum one year of nursing experience required
• Minimum one year of oncology nursing preferred
• One year case management or transitional care management experience preferred
