Director of Data Engineering & Analytics

The Director of Data Engineering & Analytics will define and execute the enterprise data strategy across the Bank, overseeing data migration, governance, and analytics. This role will lead the implementation of Microsoft Azure services and empower business leaders with actionable insights.

Requirements

• Oversee and direct projects to completion
• Partner with senior IT leadership to evangelize data analytics and insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify analytics needs and provide support for data-related projects
• Utilize and implement advanced analytics techniques such as GenAI and machine learning
• Develop and implement data analytics strategies that align with business objectives
• Manage end-to-end migrations to Azure, Power BI, and other cloud services
• Manage Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for the Bank by managing licensing costs and maintaining Vendor relationships
• Building and mentoring a high-performance team of data professionals
• Establishing data governance, security, and advanced analytics
