The Loan Collections Specialist assists with the collection of charged-off loans, prepares and maintains reports, and processes transactions related to payments and collections. The position requires a high school diploma or G.E.D and at least two years of experience working at a financial institution. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational, interpersonal, customer relations and communication skills, as well as typing, word processing and spreadsheet software skills. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred.
