As a Manager, Customer Relations, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience and promoting a customer care culture at Long Beach Transit. You will lead the development and implementation of customer service programs and initiatives, and manage a team of customer care representatives. You will work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and smooth customer experience. You will also be responsible for monitoring customer feedback, developing processes and procedures for customer service, and ensuring that employees are working in a safe manner.
